SHIPPING DETAILS FOR ATTAR PERFUME

Before dispatching your order, we may need to verify your information with your card issuer. Our utmost effort will be made to minimize any potential delays. The delivery period commences upon order acceptance and includes a 48-hour processing and dispatch phase. While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, shipments to remote locations may not always adhere to the specified shipping timeframe.

Free Shipping within the UK: 3-5 working days

RETURNS

We offer a complete refund or exchange for packaged, sealed items within 14 working days of purchase. Unfortunately, refunds or exchanges cannot be provided if 14 days have passed since your purchase. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and unopened in its original condition and packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for return processing. Please note that assistance with refunds or replacements is only available for damaged products. Returns, exchanges, and replacements are promptly processed upon receiving your items. We recommend obtaining a proof of postage receipt when returning items, as we cannot reimburse postage costs.

  4. Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a specified timeframe.

DELAYED OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven't received a refund, check your bank account and contact your credit card company. It may take time for the refund to be officially posted. Contact your bank, and if the issue persists, reach out to us at ukinspiredfragrance@gmail.com for immediate resolution.

SALE ITEMS

Refunds are applicable only to regular-priced items; unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable.

SHIPPING

The time for the exchanged product to reach you may vary based on your location. For items over £50, consider using a trackable shipping service or obtaining shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of returned items.
